Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the final daily set-up and shutdown of bag & tag and put-away processes are followed. This includes ensuring the workflow between check-in, pre-sort, bag & tag, and put-away stays balanced to make sure dock-to-stock metrics are met and our customer’s expectations are exceeded. This position also collaborates closely to ensure labor requirements are met and issues are resolved in real-time.

Primary Duties:

• Maintain production schedules to meet critical customer metrics
• Addresses order issues that require a higher level of operations intervention.
• Coaches and retrains associates to ensure production standards are met/adhered for all shifts.
• Ensures daily workflow processes are concise and adhered to
• Verify and print all UPC/Box Labels for all shifts
• Verify that all instruction sheets are accurate and up to date for the product being worked.
• Make sure all work assignments printed, accurate, and filled out properly
• Bag and Tag Back Order Value Sheets printed and prior to pallet selection and placement
• Bag & Tag HH Scans printed and used regularly
• Placard/Pallet set up per station including all corresponding supplies
• Ensures timesheet/piece accuracy for proper fulfillment of metrics and productivity
• Double verify that all placards/products are labeled and boxed according to directions
• Transfer finished products to put away placards/HH Scan to isles for sellable bin placement
• Programs auto bagger and maintains supplies
• Go to for all Fastenal products
• Adheres to and works the same processes and products as all associates are directed
• Works with management to ensure supplies are available to complete the job at hand
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful work environment
• Perform other responsibilities as requested.

• Experience managing processes involving multiple participants and multiple activities

• Must be proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office and AS400 experience
• Ability to lead in a high stress, fast paced, environment and stay focused with changing demands.
